Is anyone not safe?

So I was looking for something to read, I looked in all the sections. Nothing seemed to tickle my fancy. So I went to a section that I never read. I came across the story of a Blue Jay. It's a sports autobiography. Talked about how he was mostly track racing. Did a few animal Olympics here and there but was mostly a personal trainer of sorts. Then it came to about how he sold steroids. How seemingly no one was above using them. He started dropping names in the animal kingdom who used them. No big names. I figured it was mostly just kids trying to get a step up, trying to make a name for themselves. Then it came to the Tortoise. You know the one. David vs. Goliath race of the animal kingdom. Seems like everyone is getting outed lately.
