If I allow one-party-plus leadership structure to mean one-party-plus-minor parties leadership structure, can you understand how such a political, partisan arrangement works in China?

If I change "one-party-plus" into "CPC-plus-Democratic Parties leadership structure", can you understand what I mean? [CPC means Communist Party of China]
