I have a one year old dog

I have tryed everything to break him from peeing where he shouldn't. Now he marks on his crate and wets the bed while peeing how can i stop this. I have tryed oder remover stuf, and replaced his beding most of the time. I take him out frequently at night and prasie him when he is good but he still wet the bed and marks what can i do
