just curious as to what herbs i can take that have an actual effect on my body in a positive way. like caffeine or ginseng & gingko?

no. thats not necessary.
im saving up 10 g for a new penis. its gonna be 8 and a half inches long.
yeah, most would go for 10-12 or just go for a flat 8, not me.
that extra half inch is critical.
Just eat a healthy diet and avoid processed foods. Plenty of veggies, fruits, leafy greens and lean protein (preferably from non-factory farmed sources) and you don't need anything else. Of course, no smoking or drinking 'til drunk. Most "miracle" herbs boost your system for awhile, but overtime they can stress it out which can lead to overall weakening or no effect at all.
Really the only one where there's a consensus of medical opinion that it does help is Milk Thistle for a healthy liver function, especially if you indulge in a the spirits. Extra dark chocolate, yes, and coffee, not to mention grape seed are also beneficial. Chocolate is natural Prozac.
Just think -- if you can remember to take Ginkgo Biloba, you don't need it!
