well definitely don't smoke. Try exercising or read or do something that is fun that will take your mind off of it

I like to deal with stress by picking my nose and eating the bugger and then going into an elevator and strip to my underwear and stuff marshmallows in my mouth.

Stress is part of our daily life.Some time it badly influence our life.It is difficult to get complete rid to stress but it can be minimized.
Don't be panic,every thing can be possible in this world.
Eat healthy and drink maximum water.
Do exercise daily, morning walk is so effective for relieving stress.
Give time to yourself,sit alone and thing about yourself.
Set simple goals in our daily work.
Use simple ways to achieve our target.
Be happy and keep other happy.

Don't panic dear.Patience is so important for achieving any target in life.Keep moving and stay close to those people who are motivated.Eat well diet and start physical workout.Yoga is no doubt best practice for relieving stress.Smoking is bad for health.It increases stress.

If I am stressed, one thing I usually do is to take a rest or sleep, somehow it can solve the problem. If not, I will do the things that could make me somehow busy at the same time I am having fun. I also consider meditation.

Meditation or Yoga is must to relief stress. Do work which you really likes to do it. Go for outing with your friends every weekend, Hear some music which you loves very much. Keep diet drink lot of water and fruit juices. Play with kids which all these will help you to recover from stress.

Well i dont think that there is one size fits all formula .. So dealing stress should be case specific. For instance i practice deep breathing whenever i am stressed.

I deal with my stress. inappropriately. Hoping one day. The cops will show up to take me to jail for talking about MURDER, KILLING PEOPLE, etc on this thing called the internet.

Just need to take care of your daily activities. Your stress should not harm your work performance. You need to concentrate more on your future work results rather than stress. If nothing works, you should consult doctor or stress safety training.

We also need to be happy in order for us to let go of stress. Exercise can also make you feel better and young. Just divert your attention to something valuable or meaningful so that you will overcome stress.
