@Lordyaswas,
Please disregard the Dimbleby facts in that post. I was testiculating after a large glass of Bordeaux, and mixed my Attenboroughs up with my Dimblebys. Both families have deep rooted TV and Film credentials, and I was too giggly to care.....hic.

@Lordyaswas,
A name like "Dimbleby" does belong in broadcasting.
Ive been able to wirelessly connect the big tv to your BBC posts and they are wonderful. Ive fixed the problems and I can now work both ways. I have some programs saved on the tv hard drive but the cable company only gives me 50 hours. I can now swap with my computer and a "cloud storage service" and have infinite junk on file to rot my mind at leisure

@ossobuco,
Here are some paintings by an acquaintance of mine from back in northern California. I've one of his paintings that I bought at a studio sale when I first moved to the area. Neat guy - around that time he was fixing up an old church..
The painting I have is different, a large oil with a lot of trees (love it, but haven't a photo).

Have you been able to sort your youtube problem?

Great!

@Lordyaswas,
Yes, sometimes - but not always. I can often get in now (not before) if it is a link from some other site. If I comment, they find out it's me. Plus, as on the WA2K thread, sometimes I still am told to get adobe flash (grrrr).

Even as imperfect as this is, it's just wonderful to see and hear youtube again.

@ossobuco,
Let's hope that the ease of access gets better and better, as there's some great stuff out there.

Like your artist friend!

Wonderful. I love timelapse.

Also, I kept expecting that giant seal he was painting to just up and swim away!

@Lordyaswas,
excellent. Its a continuation of the stuff youd sent before?
I wish wed have this kind of "factual" tv on cable tv. Our commercial cable tv stations would be loved by people like Gungasnake or Quahog. They are all about UFOs killing off the dinosaurs and humans being planted by Venusian emigrees.
