The bed refers to "hospital bed", Benshan Zhao had to pay RMB 1400 yuan for one bed, and 2800 yuan for two beds. That is the price the hospital where he got hospitalized gives.

More context:

Benshan Zhao Alone Pays for Several Hospital Beds

By Docofsoul

The extra beds for which he pays are just for the use of the people accompanying him. But it is said that Zhao has tired of the closed environment of hospital, and already planned, with an anxiety, to move to Sanya. a famous resort in Hainan, a province of Southern China, to rest himself and hope to get fully recoverd.

Im not sure it is clear what your topic title refers to.
Is this the headline you refer to?
Benshan Zhao Alone Pays for Several Hospital Beds

It might be better to refer to a specific number of beds

Benshan Zhao Pays for 2 Hospital Beds.
The extra beds for which he pays are for the use of his entourage. Sources close to Zhao reveal he has tired of the closed environment of hospital, and already planned to quickly move to Sanya, a famouse resort a province of Southern China, to rest himself and hope to get fully recovered.

@dadpad,
Thanks.

Your editing has dropped something useful:
... and already planned to quickly move to Sanya, a famouse resort in Hainan, a province of Southern China, to rest himself and hope to get fully recovered.
