Is description "flamboyant Tibetan ethnic clothes" proper?

Context:
"It was an unforgettable night, so happy, so exciting!" the girl told reporter of the Central News Agency, reminiscent of the evening party. She has now changed her flamboyant Tibetan ethnic clothes into a loose white shirt, black sports pants, with a peaked cap, looking pretty and innocent.

not "reminiscent of" but "reminiscing about". A thing that reminds someone of something else is "reminiscent of" that other thing. A person thinking fondly about something in the past is "reminiscing about" that past event. It's usually farther in the past than earlier in the same evening, like years ago, but you could use it.

"Flamboyant" usually means something like overly loud or gaudy. It tends to be slightly pejorative. Unless you are intentionally speaking slightingly of Tibetan ethnic dress, something like "colorful" or "beautiful" or maybe "beautiful and colorful" is less value-laden.

And as David says, "changed from....into..." or "exchanged her...for..."

There is a certain zest and zeal or colorful energy in flamboyant.
