So, What is Love ?
Is Love for ever?
What influences one falling in Love? Materialistic?
Is Love predestined?
What do you think... Please Share...
Not a lot of choices up there, and no way to combine more than one, e. g. what if someone thinks love is both divine and forever?
Love is love. The question of "what is love" has, I have to tell you, been asked on every forum I've ever been on. No one, far as I've seen, has ever come up with a satisfactory answer.
Haddaway apparently did, or has anyone forgotten that godawful theme song from "A Night at the Roxbury?"
Howard Jones also had some deep thoughts on the subject, poetic soul that he was:
WHAT IS LOVE?
Howard Jones
I love you whether or not you love me
I love you even if you think that I don't
Sometimes I find you doubt my love for you, but I don't mind
Why should I mind, Why should I mind
Chorus:
What is Love anyway, does anybody love anybody anyway
What is Love anyway, does anybody love anybody anyway
Can anybody love anyone so much that they will never fear
Never worry never be sad
The answer is they cannot love this much nobody can
This is why I don't mind you doubting
And maybe love is letting people be just what they want to be
The door always must be left unlocked
To love when circumstance may lead someone away from you
And not to spend the time just doubting
Sounds familiar.....
"So, what is love then? Is it dictated or chosen? Can it sing like the hyms of a thousand years or it just pop emotion, And if it ever was there and left does it mean that it never was true and to exist it must ilude is that why I think these things of you.?" Indigo Girls in the song mystery from the swamp opheila c.d.
"The only word for love is everybody's name." Dar Williams
"Love is simple love is kind." Jewel
"Love is there to surround you as you go thru life." Melissa Etheridge
Love! Everyone seems to know what it is..without having a clear definition. I think love is beutifull because it is like art.
what is love? any one who has been in love knows the feeling, how can u explain a feeling? i think the idea of explaining something to some1 IS to give them a feeling for what you're talking about. i dont think it needs answering as every1 knows what the feeling is. but "What" it is is just an instinct to make babies and raise them.

c'est regarder ensemble dans la même direction. »

i've always liked this definition
There are so many kinds of love. How could one choose their favorite love.
