I'll answer this for Craven. That's dependent on your MSN account. You probably have other stuff uploaded to other MSN sites, I'm guessing. MSN's limit is for all sites you've uploaded to, and not just one account. Far as I'm aware, we can't change it from the MSN site end - you'll have to create a second MSN account if you want to post more pics.

How do I make the pic bigger? It's like a thumbnail size basically.

Makin'a picture smaller works pretty well, but making one "bigger" is sorta a no-win deal, stand up; there's only so much information to work with. Here's your image at 4X:

http://www.able2know.com/gallery/albums/userpics/10156/1c77.jpg

As you can see, there isn't much detail there ... its not present in the thumbnail, so there's no simple way to generate it in the blowup. It can be done, with a bit of skill and effort in something like Adobe PhotoShop, using interpolation, edge enhancement, gamma and contrast adjustments, overlays, and skewing the histogram, but that's several hundred dollars for the software, a helluva learning curve, and would be a considerable amount of work. You're better off if you can find a bigger version of the image tp start with. The more pixels you have to play with, the more you can do with them.

A free, fairly well featured, adware/malware-clean, easy-to-use image manipulation app is IRFANVIEW

Sure, that'd prolly work, if you have the larger original image to play with. If you intend to do any processing or correcting on a scanned image, its always a good idea to scan at the highest quality possible, and at full size. That way, you have the largest possible filesize - the most information in terms of data bits - to start working with. You don't want to "blow up" the image with most scanners, but get all the original detail you can manage into your machine, then do your manipulations, and finally, "Save As" the size and format you want, then upload it to the web.

http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0RwDlAgAWxSjln5CBxuojw!RSMctbo7H0a0jiYZpZFr9514UzkQkrchIlf5s9JkBNqWcmHmk!eRk4nxe9PkC4ZwVkhhalIZnzJynl129P2D0/pigs.bmp?dc=4675462570709352327

You're getting precisely what you linked to; the thumbnail of the image. Whatchya gotta do is open the full-size image, then right-click on it and select "properties". From the "properties" box, click and highlight the ENTIRE Address (URL) of the image, then copy it. MSN image URLS are quite long; the one for this image is:

Code:http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0RwDlAgAWxSjln5CBxuojw!RSMctbo7H0a0jiYZpZFr9514UzkQkrchIlf5s9JkBNqWcmHmk!eRk4nxe9PkC4ZwVkhhalIZnzJynl129P2D0/pigs.bmp?dc=4675462570709352327

so make sure you click and drag all the way to the end of the URL before you copy it.

Here's the same image reduced to half-size (200 X 258 pixels Vs the original's 600 X 507 pixels) by Irfanview:

http://www.able2know.com/gallery/albums/userpics/10156/pigs1.jpg

Note the reduced image is 1/4 the area of the original; it contains 1/2 as much data. I won't waste the bandwidth here, but if you save the reduced image to your machine, then open it in Irfanview or some other manipulation app and double its size, you'll see that it has much less detail than the original from which it was taken; the data simply isn't there. Shrinking an image digitally works OK, but blowing one up digitally is less practical, and generally much less sussessful. You can't work with what you haven't got.
