Is the sentence below grammatical or not?

She have the ingenuity to succeed where everyone else have fail.

It shoud be:
"She has the ingenuity to succeed where everyone else has failed."





If she has already succeeded in the PAST,
then make it:
"She has had the ingenuity to succeed
where everyone else has failed."


or:

"She has had the ingenuity to succeed
whereas everyone else has failed."
