Yes, Pit Bull mixes. Terrible aggression, as you can clearly see here.

aaawww, that picture is priceless, Boriskitten!

That video is heartbreaking, isn't it ? *sigh*

Lilly also came from the animal shelter and I am glad we found her there.
No, no Maltese, more like a Havanese, but I am not sure. She's too big for
a Maltese (good 30 lb.) and has quite a long tail.

<Laughing> Love all the kind comments!

I've been scanning old photos and came across a few gems: Here's one. Poo, with 2 cats and a much-larger dog (his name was Gur, he's since passed one) snuggling:

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4045/4463609684_ecafeced22.jpg

Gur's so big (a Rottweiler/Shepherd mix) you can only see his foot & tail in this photo. Lovely dog, and SO good!

Eh, and here they are playing, Poo and Gur:

A bit of a sniffle for me, since Gur has passed on, and Poo is now 14 yrs old. Poo was about 10 mos. old in this photo.

Paws Up!

@tsarstepan,
Mostly I don't like dogs or cats or other animals in clothes, I think it is using. Dogs are dogs and wonderful in themselves. Once in a while I bend on this. This is one where I wonder - it is so damned cute. But the photo would be as good without the costume.

Your right. Puggles don't need formal wear to be huggably cute.

@tsarstepan,
Oof, or woof..

My love of italy took a blow when I found out, some years ago, that people tended to throw their dogs out of cars on their way to their summer vacations. Now, first of all, I don't remember where I read that, have no substantiation.

I hope Romania works this out in a way that doesn't just immolate dogs. But, Romania has gone through very hard times. I hope that a culture of spaying can be fostered.
