I'm thinking of a tattoo in latin but I need a good, appropriate translation of "For God, For Family, For Country" can anyone help me on this....

That's probably because none of those 30+ viewers is familiar with Latin.

Of course.
Though the Roman concept of "familia" is more extensive than family, that
is the word I've generally used.
