How to read $9.1 trillion?

I read $9.1 trillion as nice point one trillion dollars. Am I on the right track?

Context:
CBO projects a $9.1 trillion deficit under Obama's budget, and a $4.4 trillion deficit under current law. In other words, CBO figures Obama's budget would make the deficit $4.5 trillion worse, not $2.2 trillion better.

@roger,
Although it's nice to reply, the answer is nine point one..

@Francis,
Nice of you to point that out. I assumed it was a typo, which I never make, of course.

I am also surprised that I would type nine as nice.
It seems there is a "ghost" going around to nudge you unpredictably... so you always make some weird mistakes.

@oristarA,
Who needs a ghost. My cat cuts my Minesweeper score by 20% by bumping my hand at the appropriate moment.
