I was jogging some in the winter, anywhere between 5 and 6 am.
It was great when the weather was in the 30's or 40's.
As soon as it started to warm up, I stopped, and I'll start again in the Fall.
I'm doing yoga now, all indoors.
really, I am NOT a warm weather person. I don't plan outdoor activities at all in the summer.
spicy foods?
