Quote:
WASHINGTON " WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer
Joseph Farah is offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who can prove he or she was present at the birth of Barack Obama " and he's asking Americans to donate to the cause in hopes of raising the bounty to an irresistible amount.

"Barack Obama claims to have been born in Honolulu Aug. 4, 1961," explains Farah. "His entire constitutional claim to the presidency rests on this premise. Yet, he refuses to release a copy of his long-form birth certificate " the only document that could possibly corroborate his claim. Therefore, in the interest of truth, justice and the Constitution, I am making the extraordinary offer to entice someone to come forward with the facts of his birth " whether it took place in Hawaii or elsewhere." .....

@gungasnake,
$10,000? Pffft, who cares about that. I'm not coming forward until it hits at least $10million.

Interesting that he doesn't give it anonymously to charity, but rather uses it as bait to garner media attention....

These kind of things always crack me up.

Let's see..... a major city hospital where thousands of babies are delivered every year...... a staff member that sees thousands of babies born every year.... and works there for who knows how many years...... who has kept pay records for 45 years..... records that show not only that they were at work that day but they were in the exact delivery room where Obama was born.... at the exact moment of his birth.....that should be a piece of cake!

Not forgetting, of course, that someone staffing the hospital 45 years ago would be at least 70 years old now, probably older, maybe even dead.

Oh yeah, and they have to care about this idiot and his $10,000 who makes it sound so easy to remember that day so long ago when he probably can't tell you what he had for lunch last Tuesday.

@boomerang,
Except he's obviously hoping for some poor, desperate Somalian to come forward for the reward.....

Prediction: Someone comes forward, major media attention when someone claims that Obama was born in Somalia, quiet retraction when it's discovered this person was nowhere near a hospital on the day in question....

remember our resident looney bird started this thread. He believes that the earth is hollow with civilizations living there.

@boomerang,
Producing a simple birth certificate (which is what the fuss is over) should not be hard; Oinquebama so far has refused to do it and resisted all efforts anybody has made to come up with one for him.

If the guy is a citizen of anything the very long odds are the anything is Kenya, and not even the normal Christian side of Kenya but rather the slammite side as presided over by his cousin Oinquedinga.

@farmerman,
You mean its not?????

Seriously though,
while I am not a fan of Obamas policies (so far), this nonsense about his birth certificate is getting old.

My little sister was born in Hawaii in 1964, and she does not have her original birth certificate either.
She does however, have the same type of ceritificate that Obama has.
It is standard policy in Hawaii to not reissue birth certificates, because they can be faked.

@gungasnake,
He isn't asking for someone to produce "a simple birth certificate" he's offering
