@fansy,
I'm not really sure what that term means. It's a strange turn of phrase. The best guess is that Larry Snipes is trying to describe her as being many-sided, having more than just one talent. But that's a guess, not a definitive answer.

He is a master (talented) of converging (combining /bringing together) state of the art equipment and media presentations.
