9/11 families denied frozen Iraqi funds
NEW YORK (CNN) -- An appeals court ruled that families of those killed on September 11, 2001, who sought access to Iraqi funds frozen by the United States "must look elsewhere" to collect damages.
In a 16-page ruling, the 2nd U.S. Court of Appeals on Friday upheld a U.S. District Court decision last month denying the families any part of the $1.7 billion in funds frozen at the start of the first Gulf War.

Do you believe that these people have any right to the frozen funds. In addition what is your opinion of the financial help these people have already recieved. Is it fair, generous or deficient?

I've got sympathy for the families of those killed. But why should they get ANY money from Iraq. Fine. So long as the US government starts forking out to the families of the thousands of innocent people THEY'VE MURDERED in Iraq.
