all i have right now is oatmeal top ramen cereal and eggs, and milk yay milk for yummy protein!
ima get food stamps soon and ill be able to purchase some fruits and veggies.
i need to make a list of things i want to change in my diet, im just not sure exactly which vegetables to get
fruits easy, banana apple orange, grapes whatever.
vegetables? onions? broccoli?spinach?potatoes carrots?
which ones are the best for me?
thats why i want a cover all the bases vitamin.
