The neighbors be not wild, the neighbors be dull desk-job yuppies who wear special coordinated spandex suits to ride his bike one weekend-day a month. Alas, I've never heard music blasting out of the house, never see them lounging in the sun with a bucket of beers on ice...

Perhaps my mere trashy presence is revenge enough.

Though I could just start tossing the odd dog turd over the fence.

@patiodog,
a handful of roofing nails accidently dropped in your ditch might pay dividends over the long haul...(unless folks walk there)

(I know from grumpy)

@Rockhead,
Damn, that's a GREAT idea.

Except that I run my lawn mower over it, and a few little old ladies walk their poodles and whatnot type fluffy dogs over it (much to the chagrin of my motley beasts). And trucks that maintain the power lines -- it wouldn't do to be pissing those guys off.

Also, in the long haul, I'm suspecting that not many people are in regular attendance at the to-dos over at the funeral home.

But a beautiful idea nonetheless.

I dont care if you are grieving.

common sense does not go out the window with a drop of a tear.
nor does common courtesy.

Grass - yard. We all know that. We are forced into grassy yards every time we buy or rent a place.
Dont park on grass.
we all know that.

get a b-b gun and a nice over stuffed yard chair.

shoot em in the ass as they get out of the car.

@ossobuco,
But, re Patio, I'm keen on working up some kind of defense of his property, and there are many possibilities.

Please posit potential defenses here....

He made a mistake, so let him move !

@fresco,
It seems that Patiodog doesn't want to bother with long trips.

Going directly from home to grave, that's the key..

HOW ABOUT A MULE in your yard? They generally dont bother folks but they will not move out of the way. If an SUV comes sidling up to push the mule out of the way, mule will kick his door in.

Ordinances allow mules? If so, I will Fedex one out to you. You must feed it. Its name is RAlph, it doesnt like to be called anything but RAlph (emphasis on the RA...)

osso doesn't talk much about her bygone days as a merchant seaman.

I fear, farmerman, that ordinances epressly forbid mules named Ralph. I will have to rename him.

Also, there will be no one home to sign. Do you think FedEx would be willing to leave a mule on the doorstep?
