yes I am. :-(

but I'm sitting the termnial watching a mom totally entertain her children by playing a gameboy. They are almost on her shoulders and the two boys are like cheerleaders rooting for their mother. It's some sort of strategy videogame.

"mom won't go down without a fight!"

I forgot how much I love watching people in airports!

I don't know how it is in London, but the last four days here have been very hot and sunny, but this morning it's raining cats and dogs.

A rainy-foggy day, in London town
Had me low, had me down.....

Still, there'll be enough water in the river to float your boat.

Have a nice day!

@McTag,
THEY ARE AT THE PUB Razz

Both arrived safe and sound and are enjoying a beverage or two with PQ and Bazza.

ahhhhhhhhhh... so lovely to talk with them.

As Bazza says - 4 strangers sitting around having a good 'ole chinwag - and it's easy to do.

PQ has a lovely voice. SO LOVELY Very Happy

TKO - sounds just like on his blog - he managed to sleep some on the plane - HE WAS UPGRADED! Just really great to talk to him.

They'll be off to PQ's a little later.

Well done Bazza and PQ - you are SO organised and great hosts !!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to England boys. HAVE FUN! Very Happy

I hear (from the TV news) that there's a gay pride march on in central London today.
So that'll be fun.

@McTag,
Stumbled across a GP march a few years back.Those guys and girls sure know how to have a good time.

Yesterday,we strolled through Greenwich Park to Plum Pudding Hill to see the view over London.Walked down to Greenwich via the Maratime Museum,The Royal Naval College (now Greenwich Uni),past the remains of Cutty Sark,then onto The Spreadeagle restaurant for a superb dinner!!!! Ended up in a pub (where else!)

TKO and Taylor slept in this morning.No surprise there! Will prolly get on the boat around 1pm and after the usual sights,a good chance to see the city by night!

Under a very heavy and overcast sky,we weighed anchor just after 1pm,heading upriver to Westminster Pier.Just before Tower Bridge,the skys cleared and stayed that way all day.Beautiful sunshine!
First stop was the Houses Of Parliament where we stayed to hear Big Ben chime 3 o'clock;crossed the road to Parliament Square,which is now clear of protesters.Then up Whitehall to Downing Street and Horseguards Parade where we bumped into the start of the Gay Pride parade which was pouring out of Trafalgar Square.That was lots of fun! Strolled down The Mall to Buckingham Palace. Walked to Knightsbridge,where Taylor lived on a previous trip to London,only to find that "his flat" has been demolished.Nipped into Hyde Park near the boating lake,onto the cafeteria,bus to Piccadilly,walked to Gerard Street (China Town) for dinner at The Lido (my fave).On leaving the restaurant we stepped into a Hari Krishna celebration outside.Loadsa' singing and dancing,great fun.Onto Leicester Square and then Charing Cross Station where we said farewell for today because they're going back to Lewisham to get changed for a night on the town celebrating the 4th of July.Me,I'm gonna sit with my feet up,listening to music with a cold beer.
