That law will last about 2 seconds in a court room the minute one of those guns leaves the state.

The only way the state can prevent those guns from crossing the border is to set up check points and not let TN citizens carry guns out of the state. Let's see how long that lasts.

This will show up as spcial legislation because its the Barrett they wish to protect.

the people in tennessee are more interested in keeping their houses and feeding the family than they are worried about guns, right now. it's pretty ugly once you get out of the cities.
