YOU CAN MAKE IT DISAPPEAR. I SUFFERED FROM RHEUMATIOD ARTHRITIS IN MY LEFT SHOULDER SO BADLY, I COULD NOT LIFT MY LEFT ARM TO WASH MY ARMPIT...IT WAS AGONY.

I BEGAN TO KAYAK ON FLAT WATER IN FLORIDA. MY SHOULDER WOULD HURT LIKE CRAZY FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES, THEN EASE UP. I SUPPOSE FROM NERVE EXHAUSTION.

AFTER ABOUT 3 MONTHS, THE PAIN BEGAN TO DISAPPEAR. WITHIN 6 MONTHS, THE PAIN WAS ABSOLUTELY GONE. NOW, 5 YEARS LATER, I RARELY EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. EXERCISE IS THE MIRACULOUS REMEDY.

@SUIGENERIS1,
I am also in favor of exercise; it acts as a good remedy for arthritis.
