Respected,

please clarify this for me.

which sentence structures are correct in this?

The film in my camera is finished. I need to get it developed.
The film in my camera was finished. I need to get it developed.
The film in my camera has been finished. I need to get it developed.
The film in my camera got finished. I need to get it developed
The film in my camera has got finished. I need to get it developed

when and where we have to use the above true senteces.

It would be better if you could give some some examples in this regard.

Please correct me If i am wrong, I appreciate your help.

Looking forward your valuable information.

1 and 3 are good. 2 and 4 are a little strained, but you could probably use them. I'd never use 5. I think the Brits use "got". Americans tend to say "gotten"

The first one works because it describes the state of the film. The second and third hold passive connotations and are not a natural way to describe this in English.

Four and five are, IMHO, simply unnatural collocations for any dialect of English.
