I have a clarification, please clarify it for me.

"But with the situation at the ground having improved"

having improved means?



when we use having + past participle verb.



It would be better if you could give some some examples in this regard.

Please correct me If i am wrong, I appreciate your help.

"having improved" explains (modifies) situation
"at the ground" tells "where"
