After reading the news about Cav being back in the hospital, I needed to cook something comforting. So a pot of homemade mac and cheese, with giant noodles, is on the stove. I'm mulling over which salsa's gonna suit my mood right now.
Haven't had any tea yet. Reheated the cider left over at the end of last night.

sunflower rye toast topped with shredded 6-blend cheese, a piece of black forest ham and a piece of marble cheddar - broiled
a drizzle of ketchup and mustard
this is a nice change from oatmeal and/or apple crumble granola bars
well, and tea of course
