Mt Dew is loaded with caffeine, but it still has less than coffee.

Cheerios, soy milk, an orange, and some organic dark chocolate.

Good lord Shocked Mountain Dew and coffee scare me. I can't imagine what I'd do faced with a Red Bull.

I doubt that a gallon of tea has less caffeine than one espresso coffee... why the fear of coffee?

A typical breakfast consists of a bit of sultana bran, some all bran, a mixture of wheat germ, natural bran and flax seed with maybe a few raisins sprinkled on top or half a banana to measure about one cup in total, served with Karicare. And a rather large mug of black coffee...to cancel out the goodness of the breakfast Wink
