Piffka, If I have "breakfast" at all, it's usually cold cereal with a banana. Wink It sometimes fills in for lunch and breakfast.

Nobody seems more obsessed by diet than our antimaterialist, otherworldly, New Age, spiritual types. But if the material world is merely illusion, an
honest guru should be as content with Budweiser and bratwurst as with raw carrot juice, tofu, and seaweed slime.

My favorite hot cereal - Montana's Cream of the West (100% Roasted Wheat), with a bit of salt, a smidge of butter, a tablespoon of mascarpone, some italian herbs... delicious!

I made my breakfast guests hashbrowns from Yukon yellow potatoes and shallots, flavored with herbs de Provence, plus some good fried ham, sliced tomatoes cooked alongside; eggs, over easy, and sourdough toast.

I don't know why everyone seemed hungry, except it was 10:30am.
