My brekkie today is quinoa (small nutty tasting grain) with plain yoghurt and fresh blueberries.

A slice of ricotta torte - olive oil crust, ricotta, eggs, sauteed onions, cut up parboiled swiss chard and collard greens, smidge of chile powder and I don't remember what else (I make these tortes, slice them up and freeze the slices). Anyway, I like it least of any of the tortes I've made (spinach, kale, just chard, diced already cooked green beans, or with dried fruit such as plums or prunes), and besides, I added too much salt to it. Yack. Still, a relatively healthy breakfast and it's there, just needs microwaving.
Plus coffee.

stopped at Marcello's breakfast buffet on my way to work
really nice home fries, grilled mushrooms and onions, 2 sausage links, a small spoonful of cheddar omelet, a big spoon of poached tomatoes/peppers/onions
a little bit of everything all in a small clamshell box

I'm having leftover pizza - mixed cheeses, tomato jalapeno garlic sauce, h/made pork sausage, some Mezzetta green olives, some previously cooked mustard greens.

I'm not trying to be healthy. I'm having a large tea, 1 m 1 s and a honey cruller (or I will eventually). Turns out the cruller has a lot fewer calories than the smoothies I'd been having - trying to be healthy
