@JLNobody,
It can only be nova lox because the other is waay too salty for me. Lox , a schmear of Philadelphia Cream cheese(non o that spackle paste that calls itself Philly "Light") a nice Bermuda onion slice, all heavily sprinkled with fresh black pepper. ALL on an egg bagel.

Waffles?

TORONTO (AP) -- A frustrated Toronto Maple Leafs fan won't be doing time
or have to pay a fine for throwing waffles on the ice at a game.

Joe Robb was charged with mischief after making his breakfast-style protest
at a Dec. 20 game at the Air Canada Centre against the Atlanta Thrashers.

The charges were dropped Thursday in return for five hours of community
service. But Robb, from Oakville, Ontario, is still banned from all the venues
owned by Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment.

That includes the Air Canada Centre, BMO Field and Ricoh Coliseum.

I had my usual (lately) - a yogurt (raspberry today) in a bowl with about a half cup of grapenuts and a 1/2 cup of milk (to cut the sweetness of the yogurt).

@Sturgis,
I stopped at a Korean coffee shop on the way in this morning. Ordered a scrambled egg and bacon sandwich. It was darn yummy.
