Trying a new recipe.

Sandwiches of Texas toast, Canadian bacon, and Monterey Jack, dipped in a mixture of eggs and French vanilla nondairy creamer, cooked on the griddle, covered with confectioners' sugar and seedless raspberry jam.

Sounds like a variant of a Croque Madame, greyfan.
The non-dairy creamer is an interesting choice.

I've used eggnog as a variant from the base recipe.
Nice for a boozy Boxing Day brunch.

Scrambled eggs with prosciutto, artichoke pieces, previously roasted green and red sweet peppers, green olives, some torn up basil leaves, some grated parmigiano, some ground pepper, tad of olive oil. Buttered toast from the panaderia's Butter Loaf. Not bad...

My favorite scrambled eggs, with pinches of everything green in the spice cabinet--rosemary, dill, parsley, basil,... a sprinkle of cheddar, a fat slice of Italian bread and just a dab too much of apple jelly. Dark coffee.

Mmmm. Good morning!

I have to admit my scrambled eggs were a little too green, urgh, it must have been the basil that colored them..

Hah, don't believe that Laphroig stuff... the bottle is nearly empty already.
