Most mornings, my breakfast consists of a cup of coffee at my local coffee shop to read my newspaper. I had lunch at a Japanese restaurant and had salmon teriyaki. c.i.

Brian made breakfast today. Scrambled eggs with cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and garlic. Whole wheat toast. Tea. Big glass of water.

Yum!

I used to do the Merc's crossword. It's actually doable -- doesn't destroy your ego like the one in the NY Times...

On weekends I have time to cook a bit, so today I had eggs and bacon, bread and Coca-Cola. On week days I have no time for breakfast, neither do I have an appetite before 8 a.m.
It is not so easy to find bacon in the Israeli shops (in majority of them it is not sold at all due to rabbinate's pressure), but thanks to my fellow Soviet immigrants that founded lots of non-kosher shops in the neighborhood I live in.

ok, I had a bowl of two packets of oatmeal and am drinking a cuppa joe. I must be getting sick, my food is just sitting there in my stomach. Feels like last night's dinner is still there too.

I had some of last night's cornmeal banket and shared some mini cheese sausages with the dogs (mini - each one is about the size of a thumb joint). Some o.j., better go pick up some more. No caffeine yet. Trying to stay mellow before going to tonight's Christmas concert.
