Without the context--the sentence, or, preferably, the paragraph in which you read it--it is almost impossible to say. The only thing that occurs to me is that it refers to a better exchange rate for the holder of a currency other than dollars.

You can't expect a coherent answer to a question like this without providing the context.

Inflated dollars. Dollars with less value. You might pay off a home mortgage with the number of dollars required, but due to inflation, they have less value and are easier to get than when you started the mortgage.
