Has anyone else read anything about this new diet? It supposedly replaces the animal protein from the Atkins diet with plant proteins -- fruits, nuts, soy, grains, beans, etc.
I understand the concept, but I'm looking for sample menus. If anyone out there has a weekly menu, please share. ;-)
Dont rely heavily on soy for protein.
The estrogen and other toxic compounds will give you more health problems then you can imagine
