@reallrobns,
You're only twenty!
Give it a chance...I think it's good to be twenty and not attached or too firmly enmeshed in a relationship.
And in terms of valentine's day - I look at it primarily as an opportunity to express my feelings of fondness, love, gratitude, toward others in my life.
Honestly - I don't know if I'll get even one Valentine today. Everyone in my life is very busy (except my mom- she'll send me one).
But my mother gives ME mother's day cards - (because she says she thinks I'm a good mother) -can you believe that?
She's been a wonderful teacher of unselfish love to me.
Anyway - show some love to others and even if you don't get any back - it'll be fun seeing other people smile.
Buy some flowers for yourself. If I don't get a valentine, I've decided I'm buying these little English bluebell bulbs I saw just sprouting (£2.00)
Make it a Happy Valentine's Day for yourself! (What the hell - if nothing else- it's Saturday!)
And even if no one else says it - I will - I hope you have a Happy Valentine's Day
