some where along the way radio people who make fun of howard came up with this way of representing him, calling him hoo hoo howie, something in the way he talks, robin quivers is his long time partner, and howard considers himself to be the king of all media and the inventor of the modern radio talk show (at least in the last almost 30 years)

he has claimed to be the originator of not only modern talk radio, but even celebrity reality television, it being copied from the way he interacted with celebs, often getting people to open more than they ever had before in the standard radio interview

i see the shock jock guys as outright mockers, just targeting everybody, not really a specific agenda, so for me, rush and savage and all the politicos are not shock jocks, but that's just me

I understand what you mean..... and antagonist may not have been the best word but I used it to mean , someone whos objective is to push buttons, attract over the top attention, and otherwise bake in self produced limelight..
