On one of Bush's last visits to Canada, he thanks all the Canadians who waved to him with 5 fingers Laughing

Yeah, we know better than that. You go to jail for throwing stuff at psychopath presidents/leaders (as they call themselves), so we just sit back and wait for others to throw stuff at them.

We are very fond of the middle finger though. No jail time Very Happy

As you can see, Bushy is no stranger to it either. He just looks like a moron when he does it Laughing
