Okay, I promise, no more Shades questions!

For Bill Maher, I was going for Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death.

For Ray Milland, I was going for It Happens Every Spring.

Very Happy Your turn!

Good morning, max! Actually, it took more than a second because I wasn't sure about "rich and strange": I had to google it to make sure it was from Shakespeare!

These people all appeared in movies with titles that refer to a certain social event, or the people who participate in it:

Carol Burnett
Jeanne Moreau
Bing Crosby
Spencer Tracy
Henry Fonda
Vincent Price

Good Morning everybody.
Good question Bree.

I think I've got four of them.

Carol Burnett - A Wedding
Bing Crosby - Here Comes the Groom
Spencer Tracy - Father of the Bride
Henry Fonda - The Farmer Takes a Wife

I'm stuck on Moreau and Price, but don't give us the answer yet. I haven't given up yet. Very Happy

You're on the right track, Raggedy! I was thinking of The Best Man for Fonda, but yours is just as good. I thought Vincent Price might be the tough one.

Jeanne Moreau - The Bride Wore Black

Vincent Price - The Last Man on Earth? (as in, I wouldn't marry you if you were the...) Brigham Young, Frontiersman? The Long Night? Casanova's Big Night?

Yes to The Bride Wore Black, mac. I love your guesses for the Vincent Price movie, but they're not what I was going for. Think of Edgar Allan Poe.

Now, that's what I call TEAMWORK. Laughing

Do you have another one to ask us, Bree?

I pretty much exhausted my creativity with that one, Raggedy, so I'll let you guys arm wrestle for who gets to ask the next one.

By the way, I meant to say that max's Shakespeare question was very appropriate for me today, because tonight I'm going to see a production of Twelfth Night, with Emily Watson as Viola. A London theatre company has brought over Uncle Vanya and Twelfth Night, in repertory. The Uncle Vanya, which I saw last week, was excellent, so I'm looking forward to Twelfth Night.

Have fun, bree - and let us know what you think about it!

Raggedy, please ask the next one - I'm kind of buried in work... Sad

Lucky you, Bree. I love Emily Watson and will be anxious to hear what you think of her performance.

Max doesn't have time to ask. How about you, Mac?
