Four of the five actresses listed have played opposite Gregory Peck and Humprey Bogart (at different times, of course). Name the one who hasn't played opposite both of them.

Audrey Hepburn
Ingrid Bergman
Ava Gardner
Deborah Kerr
Jennifer Jones

PS: You don't have to name the movies in which the actresses have played opposite Peck and Bogart. Just the actress who is mismatched and the actor she hasn't co-starred with.

Speaking of movies that Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart made together, I read somewhere recently that Billy Wilder wanted Cary Grant to play the role that Bogart played in Sabrina, but ended up casting Bogart instead because Grant wasn't available at the time. I love that movie, but I can't help but think it would have been even better with Cary Grant. I also read that Bogart thought Lauren Bacall should have gotten the Audrey Hepburn part. Boy, would that have made it a different movie!

I agree that Cary Grant would have been smoother than Bogie. Lauren Bacall seemed much too wise, even in her earliest roles to be convincing as Sabrina, IMO. Interesting to consider, though... Smile

I was just signing off when I saw Bree's comment about Cary Grant. And thinking - if Cary Grant had played Bogart's role, then Audrey Hepburn wouldn't have had a crush on William Holden in the first place and then the whole movie would have had to be rewritten. If Bacall had played Sabrina, Bogart would have been too distracted to play the efficient businessman. He would have had to play Holden's role and the ending would have had to be changed. Laughing

Interesting bit of trivia, Bree.
