It doesn't work? You mean you can't see it on your screen? Try making it bold...that might help...

Rod Steiger
Al Pacino
Glenn Ford
William Hurt
Clint Eastwood
(word in the title)

H E A T

Steiger - In the Heat of the Night and Catch the Heat
Pacino - Heat
Ford - The Big Heat
Hurt - Body Heat
Eastwood - City Heat

I can't get the colors in the Default box to work. Only the colors in the bar to the right of the little box work for me. I click on the color in the bar and that color appears in the little box on the right above Font Color. If I click on orange or some color other than in the bar of colors, I can't get it into the box. < sigh >

Yes to HEAT - nice double on Steiger, didn't think of that...

Do you highlight the word or phrase, etc. before you choose the color?

Title.
Paul Newman
Gabriel Byrne
Jane Fonda
Vince Vaughn

I highlight the word. Go to the default box and click on the color. Oh I see it worked this time. But now I'm clicking on brown again and it's not working. Must be my computer.

The same color won't work two times in a row. (I don't know why.) You have to select the word or phrase and then click on the color or bold or whatever... Very Happy

Here's how I post a picture:

Go to www.google.com, click on the Images tab, and type in "joe cool" or whatever. (If it's more than one word, put it in quotes.) Actually it would have been faster if I could have thought of his name!

When you find the picture you want, right click on it. Click on Properties. Highlight the URL address and type Control + C to copy it.

Back at A2K, click on Post Reply. Above the color bar, click on IMG. A box pops up. Paste in the URL by typing Control + V. Click OK.

You're done!

One note: be sure you copy the entire URL address - sometimes you have to sort of "scroll down" a little as you're selecting the URL.

All the pictures on my google searches have been small ones. In fact some of them are too small. The size that you see on Google will be the size when you post it.

I don't know where people go to find the big photos I see posted sometimes.

Yes, this is starting to make sense. Mac are these little pictures stored somewhere in my computer once I copy them?

No, not unless you paste it somewhere in your computer...

The URL address is only temporarily stored on your "clipboard" and will be replaced by the next thing you copy with Control + C. If you shut down your computer, it is erased.
