You got it, Mac. Very Happy And while you're here, and I hope Bree stops by, I was clearing out some videos and found the tape with Cristin Chenoweth (Music Man) that I was trying to recall. On a PBS Richard Rodgers Special, Cristin sang My Funny Valentine accompanied by piano ,and violinist Joshua Bell. It was beautiful. It was mentioned on the special that it is a favorite song of Cristin Chenoweth and she performed it to perfection.

I'm glad you finally found the answer to your question, Raggedy. I don't think I ever saw that special, but it sounds wonderful.

I wish you gals had seen it. It was at the Kennedy Center and featured Shirley Jones, Howard Keel, John Raitt, Audra McDonald, Samuel Ramey, Sylvia McNair and more. I think it was in October of 2002.

I'm sure you told me about it the next day! Very Happy

PBS is good about re-running specials like that. We'll have to keep an eye out for it.

Wow, I didn't know he could sing! There is some tough music in that show. Did they say who else will be in it?

Nobody else from the cast was mentioned, but Barbara Walters said she had heard him sing and liked his voice. He wouldn't sing on the show (said it would cost them too much money). Didn't he sing a little in the movie, "Lion King"?

Did a little research - A Little Night Music will be at NY City Opera, opening March 7. Claire Bloom is playing Desiree.
