my 3 yr old step daughter is not feeling well she said her belly hurts and is currently sleeping, i checked her pulse is 130bpm and temp is a little high! Im currently experiencing palpitations and chest problems. Should i take her to hospital?
tachycardia and fever are all signs of the body's fight against infection. Id call your kids doctor and ask for advice and direction. My own kids had fevers when they were small and a high heartrate was always part of the fight.

Please do call a doctor for reassurance, especially if your step-daughter becomes lethargic and the fever increases.

Not enough information... Is she a big 3 year old, or a little one because it's not so high if she is young and tiny... How high is a temperature that is a little high to you? Does the pain radiate anywhere? How sudden was its onset? Are there any other symptoms? How intense is the pain where her belly hurts? Has she experienced this pain before? What helps or doesn't help the pain? Et cetera. I would seek out medical help in your community rather than on the internet, tbh.
