Who would be a good choice for Science Advisor to the new administration?

I think we need someone with good credentials as well as someone who can be a visible spokesman for the scientific method and the value of science in our world.

I would suspect that Obama would not pick someone who even vaguely believes that creationism belongs in science. And that is a good thing. I am so sick of the religionists who attempt to mix religion and science.
