That's Herpes all right. Make no mistake and don't kiss anyone while you've got it. I only remember getting one as a kid and twice I can recall as an adult, both times accompanying a fever that came with strep throat... but I had fooled around recently so I bugged out and went to the doctor anyway. Nothing to panic about, as most people have it, but do take this one VERY IMPORTANT WORD OF CAUTION: The specialist I saw told me that if you're not careful; you CAN transfer it below the belt. So, whatever you do, don't follow Bear's advice with the toothbrush.
