he refers to him as barry and claims he's the 43 1/2 president

Obama self-identifies as "black" so he is therefore "black".

I self-identify as "white" because I look white but you would have to draw a circle around most of the globe if you wanted to really know my "race". I am a mutt of the highest degree and proud of it.
