The glamorization is done without being socially responsible and sensitive towards people with gambling addiction issues.

It refers to a warning that, for some people, gambling may become an addiction like cigarettes or alcohol. What the speaker wants to see is something like the anti-smoking message that, by law, has to appear on all cigarete advertising.
