Maybe it's like Lawrence Livermore or Scandia Labs. They do secret stuff stuff there, of a military nature.
Isn't that where "dreamland" is? They used to fly captured Soviet aircraft out of there.
I am sure that it's a testing ground for weapons that are completely illegal under international law.
