I am because I have no idea what those writers were dealing with or attempting to deal with. I have been studying Hitler's death camps so to speak and I have come across many things that go against my teachings in school.

No I do not hate Jews nor do I hate anyone else but I am afraid that I have been lied to just as I have been lied to about religion.

The way I have learned history RL and the way I believe it to be true was at first the concentration camps were holding areas for Jewish refugees displaced by Hitler's wars...

Then German commentators (Aryans) started writing propaganda about the "Jewish Problem" and things went downhill from there. They talked of expelling them from the countries in question until they eventually became bold enough in their propaganda to suggest "extermination"... When allowed, racists become gradually more emboldened to attack those who they feel are inferior.

The quaint little music theaters were converted into gas chambers and the extermination net was widened to include all "undesirables". i.e. People with odd shaped facial and cranial features... Homosexuals and anyone deemed not "Aryan".

It all depends on what part of the war you were in. There was much more of a chance to escape at the beginning but once the German killing machine was in place escape was near impossible.

Horrible experiments were performed on Jews, those of other races and people with handicaps were also exposed to hideous forms of human torture. The Nuremberg trials convicted these monsters and saw to their executions.

Just consider the racism in the republican party, it is not a myth, there are hateful, bigoted and disgusting racists in the republican party and if given the same chance the world could once again spiral down into such deprivation, chaos and evil.

Do you doubt the lynchings of blacks in the old south RL? Well the German extermination of Jews was no less real... This propaganda about the holocaust not being real is put out by the same racists, Aryans and today even some Muslim deniers.

All to express their hatred for Israel.

People are people and we are all equal and part of the same family of humanity... Anyone who thinks racist or bigoted is the lesser of our species...

I would never doubt that there were extreme acts carried out by extreme people during the war and I do not doubt that there were many extreme people at that time but I do wonder how much of what we have been told is actually what took place as the norm.

I would like to add a few more things RL to what I wrote...

I have a few "German" friends who survived Hitler's war.

They told me that by the end of the war Hitler and Germany were broke. The west had blocked nearly ever possible way of Germany obtaining resources from the global trade networks. Even bread in Germany was scarce. Many "Germans" had lice and were jobless and chronically poor... Is this video saying with Germany in this state Hitler was building theaters for Jews? This YouTube video is completely out of context to the real chain of events that led up to Hitler's mass genocide.

In the Netherlands the German stranglehold on the country bears out the same facts. With Ann Frank, she was not even sent to a concentration camp she was just shot once discovered. This might give you an indication of how things had really deteriorated.

Th Dutch people had eaten all of the tulip bulbs in the fields because there was no food and they took many of the wooden planks holding up the long row houses and burnt them to keep warm in the winter. This is why today these houses are often crooked and unaligned because the foundation timbers are no longer present.

The propaganda in the video you posted does not really make sense in light of the numerous facts about the war... I would say the YouTube video you posted was compiled by an idiot who has no real sense of history whatsoever...

Multiply what you have been told about the Holocaust by a thousand and you may arrive at an accurate summation of the actual events.
