when i split blood is comming ,and some bad smell &some times neck pain&head-ach also comming why althese probloms are comming to me

Could be bad gums or teeth. Only a doctor is qualified to answer upon examination.

If I were to guess, I'd say you have Crohn's disease.

But it's possible you might just have a spastic colon.

And there's a slight chance you merely have chronic halitosis.
