DO NOT sit around doing nothing! Right now a bit of activity around your resume and job-search is called for. If you have left for another job, that just puts you at the head of the queue for any real job that exists in the industry. Not a bad time to bite the bullet and scope out a new industry.... for me, things are looking up since I abandoned libraries.
